This privacy statement describes how BAGGES collects and uses your personal information.

Responsible for processing

BAGGES AS, through its general manager, is responsible for processing the company's processing of personal data. Where the daily responsibility is delegated, it appears under each individual point. The delegation only covers the tasks and not the responsibility.

The declaration contains information you are entitled to when information is collected from our website (Personal Data Act § 19) and general information about how we process personal data (Personal Data Act § 18 1st paragraph).

Processing of personal data at www.bagges.no

The web editor has the daily responsibility for how BAGGES processes personal information on bagges.no, unless otherwise stated below. It is voluntary for those who visit the websites to provide personal information.

Novicell AS and Webhuset AS are BAGGES' data processor, and are our suppliers for the development, maintenance and operation of the website.

Information collected in connection with the operation of the website is stored on separate servers operated by the provider. Only Bagges, Novicell and Webhuset have access to the information collected. A separate data processor agreement between Bagges and Novicell and Bagges and Webhuset regulates what information the suppliers have access to and how it is to be processed.

Web statistics

BAGGES collects deidentified information about visitors to bagges.no. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the website. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.

The information is processed in deidentified and aggregated form. By deidentified is meant that we can not trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is deidentified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics. That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, used only 195.159.103.xx. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at an aggregate level, ie all data is merged into a group and not processed individually.

We use the analysis tool Google Analytics on our website. This is an open source (GPL) tool that is installed on a separate server of the operating provider. Information from this tool is not disclosed by Bagges to other players.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a website.

Storage of information and processing of this information is not permitted unless the user has both been informed of and has given his consent to the processing. The user shall be informed of and approve which information is processed, what the purpose of the processing is and who processes the information, cf. Electronic Communications Act § 2-7b.

BAGGES uses cookies in connection with statistical analyzes using Google Analytics.

The analytics tool Google Analytics places three cookies on your computer (these are called _dc_gtm_UA-9220702-1, _ga and _gid). This is done so that we can collect statistics. You can read more about web statistics above.

Search

BAGGES stores information about which keywords users use in the search tool Google Analytics. The purpose of the storage is to make our information offer better. The usage patterns for searches are stored in a separate database, and they are only stored in aggregate form. Only the keyword is stored and they can not be linked to other information about the users, such as the IP addresses.

Surveys

The head of customer service is responsible for BAGGES' annual survey regarding customer satisfaction. Bagges uses SurveyMonkey to conduct anonymous surveys. We will always inform about the purpose of the survey. Bagges will not share the information with others or use the information for purposes other than those specified.

Order processing and archive

BAGGES uses Visma Business as a CRM and ERP system with electronic storage of documents. Necessary routines have been prepared for registration and follow-up of orders (applies to all types of orders, eg quotation orders, sales orders and orders). Respective employees follow up that the actual order processing is in accordance with the routines.

BAGGES processes personal data in order to fulfill our obligations above our business relationships, as well as to fulfill our statutory requirements under the Personal Data Act and the Accounting Act. Furthermore, personal data is processed to provide expected service with a view to purchasing spare parts in the future.

Different types of personal information are registered in the CRM system. This is information such as name, address, telephone number, email address (basic data) and other relevant information that appears in the inquiry. Registration, storage and storage takes place in accordance with accounting legislation.

Information we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 15 years.

Email and telephone

BAGGES uses e-mail and telephone as part of the daily work to perform our tasks. Relevant information that emerges from telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges that takes place as part of the order processing and is archived in the CRM system by the employees in the respective department. This information is processed in the same way as "order processing and archive".

We point out that ordinary e-mail is unencrypted and that sensitive personal information should not be sent by e-mail.

BAGGES uses the "Phonero" telephone system. Phone calls (phone numbers from and to, as well as the time of the call) are logged locally in the individual "discussion log" in Outlook. This log is needed to return to recent calls where needed.

If a telephone call is linked to an individual case, a note may be written after the call, which is logged in the CRM system.

Phonero is our data processor on respectively telephone and mobile phone, and keep a log of all telephone traffic for 3-4 months before the log is deleted.

Visitors

BAGGES does not store any registrations of visitors.

Surveillance cameras on the building

To prevent burglary and vandalism, 8 surveillance cameras are mounted on the outside façade. Recordings are stored for one week before being automatically deleted.

The Privacy Ombudsman Scheme

BAGGES does not have its own privacy representative, but the general manager and finance manager ensure that the Personal Data Act's rules on the processing of personal data are followed.

Information about employees

BAGGES processes personal information about its employees and this is described in more detail in the company's personnel handbook.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Information security

We secure your personal information through both physical and virtual access and access control.

Rights

Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about the processing of personal data in a business pursuant to the Personal Data Act § 18, 1st paragraph. BAGGES has provided this information in this statement, and will refer to it in any inquiries. Those who are registered in one of BAGGES' systems have the right to access their own information. The person in question also has the right to request that incorrect, incomplete or information BAGGES does not have access to process be corrected, deleted or supplemented. Claims from the registered person must be answered within 30 days at the latest.
